Police hit Frank Hassard from Great Missenden with a 'sexual risk order' to stop him 'exposing genitalia' in public
On Friday (8/1), Frank Hassard, aged 52, of Elmstree Green, Great Missenden was issued a Sexual Risk Order that is in place for three years.
The order prohibits Hassard from:
Exposing his genitalia to any member of the public, including any child, in a public place.

Hide AdHaving any contact whatsoever with any female child under the age of 16 other than:
Contact that is inadvertent and not reasonably avoidable in the course of lawful daily life or
With the permission of the child’s parent or guardian who has full knowledge of his previous offending history.
PC Abhi Bajwa, based at High Wycombe police station said: “Sexual offences are taken incredibly seriously by Thames Valley Police.
