Mayor unveils lifesaving defibrillator at Aylesbury care home
Mayor of Aylesbury, councillor Mike Smith did the honours, and a celebration was held for the lifesaving device.
On the day Razvan Vadana, clinical specialist manager at the Gatehouse Road care home, was on hand to explain how the equipment works, and why it is so important for staff and residents at Avondale.

Many villages, organisations and community facilities have raised money to fund defibrilators in this area, and they provide a fast lifesaving first aid, often faster than it would take an ambulance to arrive.
